From Our Workshop to Your Water.

At Segla Gear, we know that once you’ve decided to upgrade your experience, every day spent waiting for the mail is a day spent away from the "flow." We’ve optimized our logistics to be as streamlined as our carbon fiber blades.

1. Processing: We Don’t Do "Slow"

  • Ready for Adventure: Orders for in-stock gear are typically processed and packed within 3-4 business days.

  • Precision Prep: Every paddle is inspected for quality and coated with our Hydrophobic Nano-coating before it leaves our hands.

  • Weekends: Our team is usually out on the water on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out first thing Monday morning.

2. Shipping Rates & Speed

We ship globally to ensure every paddler has access to the best tech.

  • Standard: Shipping fee per weight per region

  • International Expeditions: We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Estimated Delivery: * Domestic: 3–5 business days.

    • International: 7–14 business days (depending on customs).

3. Real-Time Tracking

As soon as your gear is on the move, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your paddle’s journey from our warehouse to your front door in real-time.

4. Secure Packaging

Carbon fiber and Aeroglass are high-performance materials. We ship our paddles in custom-engineered, reinforced packaging to ensure that the only thing hitting your blade is water—not a delivery truck.

5. International Duties & Taxes

For our global community: Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your country. Segla Gear is not responsible for these charges. They are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Missing or Damaged Gear?

If your package arrives looking like it went through a storm it wasn't built for, or if it hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us immediately at info@seglagear.com.

  • Include your order number and photos of the damage if applicable.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you aren't left standing on the shore.
